NAVIGATING THE MEPHISTO ONLINE SHOP

Click on one of the main menu headings, such as WOMEN’S SHOES, MEN’S SHOES, to access the respective product categories. A submenu appears which lists the main groups of items within this category, such as e.g. Sandals, Pumps, Sneakers. Click on one of these headers to get an overview of all the items in this group. Use the filter menu to further refine your selection. You can limit your selection by certain shapes, colours or sizes.

• Obtain detailed information about an item by clicking on an image in the overview or on “To Product”.
• This product view contains a number of extra features, including larger views, detailed views or 3D representations (360 degree view). 
• Sizes and colours can be displayed by clicking on the colour and size illustrations (scroll-down menu).  
• You can switch between EU sizes and manufacturer sizes by clicking on the respective indication.
• Click on “Size Chart” to display a chart which converts EU sizes to manufacturer sizes.   
• Click on “Back to Overview” above the item name to be taken back to the original selection.  
• You can also switch between main menu options and item groups by clicking on the corresponding navigation links near the top of the window.  

• Alternatively, use the search function in the top left of the screen to find a desired item (see also Search & Find).
